This basement was built from the ground up. Originally the basement had vinyl tiles on the floor and wood panels on the walls. We ripped it down to the bare concret, completely reframed the basement and added a new stair case to code. The client had requested a bathroom and a laundry room. This required new plumbing and electrical. Here are some before and after shots.
